Exair's Super Air Knife™ is designed for efficient cleaning, drying, or cooling of parts, webs, or conveyors, delivering a uniform sheet of laminar airflow across its entire length with a powerful force. It operates effectively at high pressures of 80 PSIG (5.5 BAR) while maintaining a sound level of 69 dBA, making it suitable for various applications such as part drying after washing, sheet cleaning in strip mills, conveyor cleaning, part or component cooling, web drying or cleaning, environmental separation, pre-paint blowoff, bag opening or filling operations, and scrap removal in converting operations. The Super Air Knife achieves amplification ratios of 40:1 (entrained air to compressed air) and is constructed from aluminum, stainless steel, or PVDF, ensuring durability in different environments.
