Exair's Super Air Knife™ is designed for efficient cleaning, drying, or cooling of parts, webs, or conveyors, delivering a uniform sheet of laminar airflow across its entire length. Operating at high pressures of 80 PSIG (5.5 BAR), it maintains a surprisingly quiet sound level of 69 dBA for most applications. The device produces an amplification ratio of 40:1, entraining air to compressed air. Constructed from aluminum, stainless steel, or PVDF, the Super Air Knife is suitable for various applications including part drying after washing, sheet cleaning in strip mills, conveyor cleaning, component cooling, web drying or cleaning, environmental separation, pre-paint blowoff, bag opening and filling operations, and scrap removal on converting operations.
