Exair's Super Air Wipe™ is designed to provide high volume, high velocity airflow uniformly ejected from the 360° inner diameter, effectively wiping, cleaning, or drying surfaces as material passes through. The kit includes stainless steel screws and shims, with options available in aluminum or stainless steel. The split design allows for easy unlatching, eliminating the need for threading, making it compact and rugged. It operates quietly and consumes low air, ensuring compliance with OSHA maximum dead end pressure and noise requirements. The Super Air Wipe™ can be used for various applications such as drying after washing or cleaning, blowoff of dust and contaminants, cooling hot extruded shapes, and uniformly wiping surfaces. It excels in drying extruded profiles, rods, and medical tubing, blowing excess water from automotive door gaskets, and removing excess coating, water, and oil. The non-contact design eliminates wiper blades and features tapped holes for mounting, offering variable force and flow in a lightweight, low-profile configuration.
