Exair's Super Air Knife™ kit offers a highly efficient solution for cleaning, drying, or cooling parts, webs, or conveyors, delivering a uniform sheet of laminar airflow across its entire length with substantial force. At high pressures of 80 PSIG (5.5 BAR), this device maintains a surprisingly low sound level of 69 dBA for most applications, while producing amplification ratios of 40:1 (entrained air to compressed air). The kit includes a Super Air Knife, a Super Air Knife shim set, an auto-drain filter separator, a pressure regulator, and a mounting/coupling kit for the regulator/separator. The application range for this product includes part drying after washing, sheet cleaning in strip mills, conveyor cleaning, part or component cooling, web drying or cleaning, environmental separation, pre-paint blowoff, bag opening/filling operations, and scrap removal on converting operations.
