Exair's Super Air Knife™ provides an efficient solution for cleaning, drying, or cooling parts, webs, or conveyors by delivering a uniform sheet of laminar airflow across its entire length with substantial force. It operates at high pressures of 80 PSIG (5.5 BAR) while maintaining a sound level of just 69 DBA for many applications. The unit boasts an impressive amplification ratio of 40:1, entraining air to compressed air. The Super Air Knife is offered in materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and PVDF, and its applications include part drying after washing, sheet cleaning in strip mills, conveyor cleaning, component cooling, web drying or cleaning, environmental separation, pre-paint blowoff, bag opening or filling operations, and scrap removal in converting operations.
