Product Details

The Super Air Knife™ shim set includes three plastic shims with thicknesses of .001" (0.03mm), .003" (0.08mm), and .004" (0.10mm). These shims are designed to adjust the force and volume of air consumed and output from the Super Air Knife. Additionally, each Super Air Knife is equipped with a factory-installed .002" (0.05mm) shim. The kit provides users with options to fine-tune their air knife performance according to specific application requirements.
