Exair's Super Air Knife™ kit provides an efficient solution for cleaning, drying, or cooling parts, webs, or conveyors by delivering a uniform sheet of laminar airflow across its entire length with hard-hitting force. Operating at high pressures of 80 PSIG (5.5 BAR), it maintains a surprisingly low sound level of 69 dBA for most applications while producing amplification ratios of 40:1 (entrained air to compressed air). The comprehensive kit includes a Super Air Knife, a Super Air Knife shim set, an auto-drain filter separator, a pressure regulator, and a mounting/coupling kit for the regulator/separator. It can be used for various applications such as part drying after wash, sheet cleaning in strip mills, conveyor cleaning, part or component cooling, web drying or cleaning, environmental separation, pre-paint blowoff, bag opening/filling operations, and scrap removal on converting operations.
