Super Air Amplifier kits include a Super Air Amplifier, shim set, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. These quiet, efficient air amplifiers create output flows up to 25 times their consumption rate by utilizing the Coanda effect, a fluidics principle, to circulate air, move smoke, fumes, and light materials. Powered by a small amount of compressed air, the amplifiers pull in large volumes of surrounding air to produce high volume, high velocity outlet flows through a fixed air gap. Both vacuum and discharge ends can be ducted, allowing for drawing fresh air from another location or moving smoke and fumes away, and are also effective for cooling, cleaning, and drying parts or processes. Applications include venting welding smoke, cooling hot parts, drying wet parts, cleaning machined parts, distributing heat in ovens or molds, ventilating confined areas, dust collection, and exhausting tank fumes. Compared to fans, these amplifiers are rated for environments up to 700°F (374°C), are compact, lightweight, portable, require no electricity or maintenance due to no moving parts, and feature easily ducted ends, instant on/off capability, variable force and flow, and no RF interference. Compared to venturies and ejectors, they provide more air with lower compressed air consumption, higher flow amplification, no internal obstructions, meet OSHA pressure and noise requirements, and operate quietly. The amplifiers comply with OSHA's safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. The product is conflict mineral free.
