EXAIR's® Super Air Knife is a highly efficient compressed air knife that delivers a uniform sheet of laminar airflow across its entire length with hard-hitting force and the lowest operating cost, engineered to reduce compressed air usage by entraining ambient air at a ratio of 40:1. It features Type 316 stainless steel construction that offers excellent corrosion resistance, enhanced strength properties, resistance to pitting, and can withstand temperatures up to 800°F (427°C), making it suitable for manufacturers in food, pharmaceutical, and surgical industries requiring minimal contamination. The kit includes a compact, rugged air knife with recessed hardware, compressed air inlets on each end and bottom for easy mounting, and no moving parts for maintenance-free operation. It is quiet with noise levels around 69 dBA at a 3-foot distance and features variable force and flow control. The Super Air Knife complies with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meets noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC).
