EXAIR® Super Air Knife kits include a Super Air Knife, shim set, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. The Super Air Knife is designed to deliver a uniform sheet of laminar airflow across its entire length with hard-hitting force, dramatically reducing compressed air usage by entraining ambient air at a ratio of 40:1. It produces noise levels as low as 69 dBA for most applications and offers an efficient method for cleaning, drying, or cooling parts, webs, or conveyors, as well as serving as an environmental separator or air curtain. Constructed from Type 316 stainless steel, it provides excellent corrosion resistance, enhanced strength, and pitting resistance, making it suitable for manufacturers in food, pharmaceutical, and surgical industries that require minimized metal contamination. It can withstand temperatures up to 800°F (427°C). The system is characterized by minimal air consumption, variable force and flow, no moving parts ensuring maintenance-free operation, easy mounting with compressed air inlets on both ends and the bottom, compact and rugged design with recessed hardware. EXAIR® Air Amplifiers comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. The product is supported under a warranty as specified by EXAIR.
