EXAIR® Super Air Knife kits include a Super Air Knife, shim set, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. The Super Air Knife is made of Type 303 stainless steel, the most common grade of stainless steel, offering good strength and suitability for mildly corrosive environments, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 800°F (427°C). It delivers a uniform sheet of laminar airflow across its entire length with hard-hitting force, dramatically reducing compressed air usage while entraining ambient air at a ratio of 40:1, and significantly lowering noise levels, typically 69 dBA for most applications. The kit is designed for applications such as part drying after wash, sheet and conveyor cleaning, part or component cooling, web drying or cleaning, environmental separation, pre-paint blowoff, bag opening/filling operations, and scrap removal on converting operations. Key features include quiet operation, minimal air consumption, variable force and flow, no moving parts for maintenance-free operation, easy mounting with compressed air inlets on each end and bottom, compact rugged design, and recessed hardware. EXAIR® Air Amplifiers comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away.
