EXAIR® Super Air Knife kits include a Super Air Knife, shim set, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. The kit delivers a uniform sheet of laminar airflow across the entire length with hard-hitting force while dramatically reducing compressed air usage by entraining ambient air at a ratio of 40:1. It operates with noise levels as low as 69 dBA, significantly quieter than other blowoffs. Designed for efficient cleaning, drying, cooling of parts, webs, or conveyors, and functioning as an environmental separator or air curtain, the Super Air Knife is constructed from Type 316 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, enhanced strength properties, and resistance to pitting, suitable for food, pharmaceutical, and surgical product manufacturing environments. It withstands temperatures up to 800°F (427°C) and features minimal air consumption, variable force and flow, maintenance-free operation due to no moving parts, easy mounting with compressed air inlets on each end and bottom, compact and rugged design, and recessed hardware. The product complies with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meets the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away.
