EXAIR® Super Air Knife kits include a Super Air Knife, shim set, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. The Super Air Knife is made of Type 303 stainless steel, which offers good strength and suitability for mildly corrosive environments, withstanding temperatures up to 800°F (427°C). It is engineered to deliver a uniform sheet of laminar airflow across the entire length with hard-hitting force, dramatically reducing compressed air usage by entraining ambient air at a ratio of 40:1 while producing noise levels as low as 69 dBA. It offers variable force and flow without moving parts, making it maintenance-free, compact, rugged, and easy to install with compressed air inlets on each end and bottom and recessed hardware. The Super Air Knife is efficient for applications such as part drying after washing, sheet and conveyor cleaning, component cooling, web drying or cleaning, environmental separation, pre-paint blowoff, bag opening/filling operations, and scrap removal on converting operations. These air knives comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. The product includes a warranty as specified by EXAIR.
