EXAIR® Super Air Knife kits include a Super Air Knife, shim set, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. Manufactured from Type 303 stainless steel, which offers good strength and is best suited for mildly corrosive environments, the knife can withstand temperatures up to 800°F (427°C). It delivers a uniform sheet of laminar airflow across the entire length with hard-hitting force while dramatically reducing compressed air usage by entraining ambient air at a ratio of 40:1. Noise levels are reduced to approximately 69 dBA for most applications, making it quieter than other blowoffs. The Super Air Knife is designed for applications such as part drying after washing, sheet cleaning in strip mills, conveyor cleaning, part or component cooling, web drying or cleaning, environmental separation, pre-paint blowoff, bag opening or filling operations, and scrap removal on converting operations. It features minimal air consumption, variable force and flow, no moving parts (making it maintenance-free), easy mounting with compressed air inlets on each end and bottom, recessed hardware, and a compact, rugged, and easy-to-install design. EXAIR® Air Amplifiers comply with OSHA's safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. The product comes with a standard warranty.
