EXAIR® Super Air Knife kits include a Super Air Knife, shim set, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. The Super Air Knife is the most efficient compressed air knife available, delivering a uniform sheet of laminar airflow across its entire length with hard-hitting force. It is engineered to dramatically reduce compressed air usage by entraining ambient air at a ratio of 40:1, while also significantly reducing noise levels to 69 dBA for most applications. The device offers an efficient method to clean, dry, or cool parts, webs, or conveyors, and can function as an environmental separator or air curtain. Constructed from Type 316 stainless steel, it provides excellent corrosion resistance, superior strength properties, and resists pitting—important qualities for manufacturers in food, pharmaceutical, and surgical industries seeking to minimize metal contamination. The Super Air Knife can withstand temperatures up to 800°F (427°C), features no moving parts for maintenance-free operation, and allows variable force and flow. It includes easy mounting with compressed air inlets on each end and the bottom, recessed hardware, and a compact, rugged design.
