EXAIR® Super Air Knife kits include a Super Air Knife, shim set, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. The Super Air Knife delivers a uniform sheet of laminar airflow across its entire length with hard-hitting force, engineered to reduce compressed air usage by entraining ambient air at a ratio of 40:1. It operates at noise levels as low as 69 dBA for most applications, making it quieter than other blowoffs. Constructed from Type 316 stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance, better strength properties, and resistance to pitting, suitable for industries such as food, pharmaceutical, and surgical manufacturing to minimize metal contamination. The device withstands temperatures up to 800°F (427°C). It features no moving parts for maintenance-free operation, minimal air consumption, variable force and flow, easy mounting with compressed air inlets on each end and bottom, recessed hardware, and a compact, rugged design. The Super Air Knife is used for part drying after wash, sheet cleaning in strip mills, conveyor cleaning, part or component cooling, web drying or cleaning, environmental separation, pre-paint blowoff, bag opening or filling, and scrap removal on converting operations. The EXAIR air amplifiers comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. The product includes warranty terms consistent with EXAIR standards.
