The WTRD Series features a versatile, compact design with a 29" depth, equipped with stainless steel work tops and a 4" high removable backsplash, ideal for refrigerated storage of food products. The working height is 35 1/2", and the heavy-duty cabinet construction includes exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, with a galvanized steel back and bottom. The interior liner is made of corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and an interior thermometer is standard. Doors and drawers are mounted to the face of the cabinet on cartridge-style hinges that allow them to self-close and stay open at 120°, facilitating easy removal for service and cleaning. Each door features a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal, while CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation boasts a minimum thickness of two inches. The unit is equipped with 6" high casters, with front casters having a wheel locking mechanism. Drawer frames are constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel with a telescoping design that ensures smooth operation, and they accommodate 6" or 4" deep pans, supported by heavy-duty pan divider supports (foodservice pans not included). Each drawer includes a snap-type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal and extends 17" when opened. The robust and balanced refrigeration system employs environment-friendly R134A refrigerant, ensuring optimal airflow and uniform temperature within the cabinet, while utilizing an automatic condensate removal process. The electrical units are wired at the factory, ready for connection.
