The WTRD Series features a 32" depth versatile and compact design, ideal for refrigerated storage of food products, with a working height of 35 1/2". The heavy-duty cabinet construction includes exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is composed of corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and an interior thermometer is standard. Doors in cabinets with doors and drawers are mounted on cartridge-style hinges that permit self-closing under their own weight, open to 120°, and allow for easy removal for service and cleaning. Each door has a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal. The cabinet insulation is CFC and HCFC-free, made from foamed-in-place polyurethane with a minimum thickness of two inches. The units come equipped with 6" high casters, with front casters featuring a wheel locking mechanism. The heavy-duty stainless steel drawer frames have a telescoping design for easy opening and are constructed to provide maximum support for stored food products. The slides include a locking mechanism to prevent drawers from being pulled off the cabinets, accommodating 6" or 4" deep pans, with heavy-duty pan divider supports supplied (foodservice pans not included). Each drawer has a snap-type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal and extends 23" when opened. The robust refrigeration system ensures food stays fresh longer, with optimum air flow maintaining a uniform temperature within the cabinet. This system uses environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant, which is CFC and HCFC-free, and features an automatic condensate removal process. Electrical units are pre-wired at the factory for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet.
