The WTRD Series features versatile, compact models with a 32" depth, equipped with stainless steel worktops and a built-in backsplash designed for the refrigerated storage of food products. The working height is 35 1/2", with heavy-duty cabinet construction that includes exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner consists of corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and an interior thermometer is standard. Cabinets with doors and drawers feature cartridge-style hinges that allow self-closing under their own weight, enable the doors to remain open at a 120° angle, and permit easy removal for service and cleaning. Each door is fitted with a plug-in vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal, and the cabinet insulation is CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane of a minimum two-inch thickness. The units come with 6" high casters, with front casters that have a wheel locking mechanism. The drawer construction includes heavy-duty stainless steel frames with telescoping design slides for smooth operation, ensuring maximum support for stored food products. Drawers accommodate either 6" or 4" deep pans and are supplied with heavy-duty pan divider supports; foodservice pans for drawers are not included. Each drawer features a snap-type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal and extends 23" when opened. The robust and balanced refrigeration system maintains food freshness, with optimum airflow ensuring uniform temperature within the cabinet. It utilizes R134A refrigerant, which is environmentally friendly and CFC and HCFC free, and includes an automatic condensate removal process. The electrical units are wired at the factory and ready for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet.
