The WTR and WTF-Series worktop units are available in four standard sizes: 46" (1 door), 67" (2 door), 93" (3 door), and 119" (4 door), with a working height of 35 1/2" when installed on 6-inch casters (2 with brakes). The heavy-duty cabinet construction features stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the worktop is also stainless steel, complete with a built-in backsplash. The cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel, and the interior liner consists of anodized aluminum for enhanced corrosion resistance. An interior thermometer is standard, and the cabinets are insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation with a minimum thickness of 2". The worktops measure 2 1/2" thick, and doors are mounted on self-closing, cartridge-style hinges that include a 120° stay-open feature. Low wattage, anti-condensate heaters are included in the door openings, and each door is equipped with a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal. The contoured pull handle is made of black anodized aluminum, and the interior arrangement comprises two adjustable steel wire epoxy-coated shelves behind each door, adjustable in 1/2 inch increments. The balanced refrigeration systems in all four sizes of self-contained refrigerated worktops maintain high humidity storage at temperatures between 35°F and 38°F, while the WTF67 worktop freezer holds product at 0°F and below. The units feature time-activated, temperature-terminated electric defrosting, and use CFC-free R134A refrigerants for refrigerators and R404A for freezers, ensuring compliance with environmental concerns. The electrical units are pre-wired at the factory for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet and come with an 8-foot long cord and plug set.
