The WTRD Series features a versatile and compact design with a depth of 29 inches, complemented by stainless steel work tops and a 4-inch high removable backsplash for refrigerated storage of food products. With a working height of 35 1/2 inches, the heavy-duty construction includes exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is constructed of corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and an interior thermometer comes standard. The cabinets with doors utilize cartridge-style hinges that permit self-closing under their own weight, allow doors to stay open at a 120° angle, and enable easy removal for service and cleaning. Each door is fitted with a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal, and the cabinet insulation is CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane with a minimum thickness of two inches. The units are equipped with 6-inch high casters, with front casters featuring a wheel locking mechanism. Drawer frames are made of heavy-duty stainless steel with a telescoping design for smooth opening, and they include a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal. Drawers can accommodate 6-inch or 4-inch deep pans and come with heavy-duty pan divider supports; however, foodservice pans are not included. Snap-type vinyl magnetic gaskets provide a positive seal for each drawer, which extends 17 inches when opened. The robust refrigeration system is designed for optimal air flow and uses environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant, ensuring food stays fresh for an extended period. The system incorporates automatic condensate removal, and electrical units are pre-wired at the factory for easy connection.
