WTR Series worktop units are versatile, compact models with dimensions of 29" deep and a working height of 35 1/2". The units feature stainless steel worktops with a 2 1/2" thick design and a 4" high removable backsplash, alongside heavy-duty stainless steel construction for the front, sides, door(s), and grille. The cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel, while the interior liner is crafted from anodized aluminum for enhanced corrosion protection. An interior thermometer is included as standard, and the cabinets have 2" minimum thickness foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. Each door is equipped with self-closing, cartridge-style hinges that allow for a 120° stay-open feature, complemented by a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal. The pull handle is made of black anodized aluminum, and the interior includes 2 steel wire epoxy-coated shelves adjustable in 1/2 inch increments behind each door. Glass door models are equipped with an interior light and manual switch. The refrigeration system operates with R134A refrigerant through a capillary tube system, and features an automatic (non-electric) condensate evaporator. The interior forced air system, utilizing high humidity evaporator coils, maintains optimal food preservation conditions. Electrical units are pre-wired at the factory for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet and come with an 8' long cord and plug set.
