The worktop refrigerator with drawers features a versatile, compact design with a 32" depth model and a stainless steel worktop complemented by a built-in backsplash for the refrigerated storage of food products. It has a working height of 35-1/2" and sturdy cabinet construction that includes exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is crafted from corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and an interior thermometer is standard. The cabinet doors and drawers are mounted on cartridge-style hinges that allow them to self-close and stay open at a 120-degree angle, facilitating easy removal for service and cleaning. Each door is equipped with a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal, and the cabinet insulation consists of CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane with a minimum thickness of two inches. The unit is supplied with 6" high casters, with front casters featuring a wheel locking mechanism. The heavy-duty drawer frames are constructed from stainless steel and utilize a telescoping design for smooth opening, with a locking mechanism to prevent drawers from being pulled off the cabinets. The drawers accommodate 6" or 4" deep pans, supported by heavy-duty pan divider supports, although foodservice pans are not included. Each drawer is also fitted with a snap-type vinyl magnetic gasket for a reliable seal and extends 23" when opened. The robust refrigeration system ensures that food stays fresh longer, with optimum airflow maintaining a uniform temperature; it utilizes environment-friendly R134A refrigerant that is CFC and HCFC-free, and features an automatic condensate removal process. The electrical unit is factory-wired and ready for connection to a standard 115/60/1 phase power supply.
