The WTF-Series worktop units are versatile, compact models measuring 29" deep and featuring stainless steel work tops designed for frozen storage of food products with a working height of 35 1/2". The heavy-duty cabinet construction includes stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the worktop features a 4" removable backsplash. The cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel, and the interior liner is constructed from anodized aluminum for enhanced corrosion protection. Standard features include an interior thermometer and insulation with a 2" minimum thickness of foamed-in-place polyurethane. The 2 1/2" thick work tops come with self-closing, cartridge-style hinges that allow doors to stay open at 120°, low wattage anti-condensate heaters for door openings, and a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket on each door for a positive seal. Each unit is equipped with convenient, contoured pull handles made of black anodized aluminum, and the interior arrangement consists of 2 steel wire epoxy-coated shelves behind each door that are adjustable in 1/2 inch increments. The forced air refrigeration system uses a capillary tube to meter refrigerant, maintaining temperatures at zero and below, with R404A refrigerant. Automatic defrost is standard, along with a non-electric condensate evaporator. Electrical units are wired at the factory, ready for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and include an 8' long cord and plug set.
