The WTRD Series features a compact design with a 29" depth and stainless steel work tops, complemented by a 4" high removable backsplash for refrigerated storage of food products. The working height is 35 1/2". The cabinet construction consists of heavy-duty exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is crafted from corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and an interior thermometer is standard. For cabinets with doors and drawers, the doors are mounted to the face of the cabinet on cartridge-style hinges, allowing them to self-close and stay open at a 120° angle, facilitating easy removal for maintenance. Each door features a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal. The cabinet insulation is made of CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane with a minimum thickness of two inches. The unit is equipped with 6" high casters, with front casters having a wheel locking mechanism. The drawer construction includes heavy-duty stainless steel frames with telescoping design slides for smooth operation, and sturdy construction supports the stored food products. The drawers accommodate 6" or 4" deep pans, include heavy-duty pan divider supports, and are equipped with a snap-type vinyl magnetic gasket for a secure seal. Drawers extend 17" when opened. The refrigeration system is robust and balanced, ensuring food freshness with optimum air flow and uniform temperature. It utilizes environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant, which is CFC and HCFC free, and employs an automatic condensate removal process. The electrical units are wired at the factory and ready for connection.
