The WTRD Series features a versatile and compact 29" depth refrigerated storage cabinet designed for optimal food product preservation. With a working height of 35 1/2", the cabinet is constructed with heavy-duty exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is crafted from corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and an interior thermometer is standard. Cabinet doors, mounted on cartridge-style hinges, self-close and can remain open at 120° for ease of access. Each door is equipped with a vinyl magnetic gasket for a secure seal, and the cabinet is insulated with CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane at a minimum thickness of two inches. The unit is supplied with 6" high casters, with front casters featuring a wheel locking mechanism. Drawer frames are constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel, with a telescoping design for smooth operation. Drawers can accommodate 6" or 4" deep pans and include heavy-duty pan divider supports, although foodservice pans are not included. Each drawer extends 17" when opened and includes a snap-type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal. The robust refrigeration system utilizes environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant, ensuring optimal airflow and uniform temperature within the cabinet, along with an automatic condensate removal process, while the electrical units are wired at the factory and ready for connection.
