WTF-Series worktop units are versatile, compact models with a depth of 29 inches and a working height of 35 1/2 inches, featuring stainless steel work tops and frozen storage for food products. The cabinet construction includes heavy-duty stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the worktop has a 4-inch removable backsplash. The cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel, and the interior liner is constructed from anodized aluminum for enhanced corrosion protection. Standard features include an interior thermometer and cabinets insulated with a minimum thickness of 2 inches of foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The work tops are 2 1/2 inches thick, and doors are equipped with self-closing, cartridge-style hinges that allow for a 120° stay open feature. Each door opening comes with low wattage, anti-condensate heaters, and a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal. A contoured, pull handle made of black anodized aluminum provides convenience, while the interior arrangement consists of two adjustable steel wire epoxy-coated shelves behind each door, adjustable in 1/2 inch increments. The refrigeration system employs forced air and a capillary tube to meter refrigerant, maintaining temperatures at zero degrees and below with R404A refrigerant. Automatic defrost is a standard feature, and an automatic (non-electric) condensate evaporator is included. The electrical units are factory wired and ready for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and come with an 8-foot long cord and plug set.
