The SMF Series single access, forced-air milk coolers are engineered to maintain milk at temperatures below 38°F during extended serving periods through a continuous cold-air blanket over the milk containers. The cabinet features durable construction with a stainless steel lid, door, adjustable hinges, and door latches, while the exterior is finished in white steel and the interior made of galvanized steel. The floors are heavily reinforced and include heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel wire floor racks for added protection. A centrally located floor drain facilitates easy cleaning and connects to a drain hose with a hose adapter. Standard features include an exterior thermometer, cylinder lock, bottom drain, and 4" swivel casters (two with locks). The cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane, enhancing structural strength and energy efficiency while preventing liquid penetration and foul odors. With an overall depth of 31 1/2", the cooler ensures easy mobility and passage through most doorways. Optional features include a stainless steel exterior, stainless steel interior, wrap-around, and corner bumpers. The refrigeration system employs R134A refrigerant, which is compliant with environmental safety standards. Electrical units are factory wired and ready for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and an 8' long cord and plug set is included.
