The Beverage Air School Milk Cooler is a dual access, forced-air unit measuring 58"W with a white exterior finish. This STF Series cooler is designed to maintain milk temperatures between 36°F to 38°F until ready to serve, featuring a cabinet constructed with stainless steel for the lid, door, adjustable hinges, and door latches, while the interior is made of galvanized steel. The floor is heavily reinforced and includes heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel wire floor racks for added protection, as well as a centrally located floor drain for easy cleaning, connecting to a drain hose with a hose adapter. Doors are equipped with flexible compression gaskets for a tight seal and are constructed from all steel with durable 3-screw hinges. Standard features include self-latching doors, a digital exterior thermometer, a cylinder lock, a bottom drain, safety bumpers, and swivel casters (two of which are lockable). The cooler is insulated with foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane, enhancing structural strength and energy efficiency while preventing foul odors. The overall depth of 33 1/2" facilitates easy mobility and passage through most doorways. The refrigeration system utilizes R134A refrigerant, complying with environmental safety regulations, and is designed with a dual evaporator that evenly distributes airflow throughout the cooler, enveloping contents in cold air. The electrical units are factory wired and ready for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, with an 8' long cord and plug set included.
