The SMF Series Single Access Forced-Air Milk Coolers are engineered to maintain milk at drinkable temperatures (under 38°F) during extended serving periods. The continuous cold-air blanket effectively preserves milk quality, while the cabinet features a stainless steel lid, door, adjustable hinges, and door latches, complemented by a white steel exterior and galvanized steel interior. The design includes heavily reinforced floors and is equipped with heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel wire floor racks for enhanced protection. A centrally located floor drain with a hose adapter simplifies cleaning processes. Standard features comprise an exterior thermometer, cylinder lock, bottom drain, and 4" swivel casters (two with locks). The cooler is insulated with foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane, boosting structural strength and energy efficiency while preventing liquid penetration that can lead to unpleasant odors. With an overall depth of 31 1/2", the cooler can easily navigate through most doorways. The refrigeration system utilizes R134A refrigerant, ensuring compliance with environmental safety standards. Electrical units are pre-wired at the factory, ready for connection to a dedicated 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp outlet, and come with an 8' long cord and plug set. Options include models with a stainless steel exterior and stainless steel interior, along with additional wrap around and corner bumpers.
