The ST Series-Dual Access, Cold Wall milk coolers are engineered to maintain milk temperatures between 36°F to 38°F until they are served, accommodating 8, 12, or 16 milk cases (13" x 13" x 11") per unit in three different sizes. The standard cabinet construction features a stainless steel lid, door, adjustable hinges, and door latches, while the exterior is finished in white steel, and the interior is made of galvanized steel. The floors are reinforced, and heavy-duty epoxy-coated steel wire floor racks are included for enhanced protection. A centrally located floor drain facilitates easy cleaning and connects to a drain hose via a hose adapter. Standard features also include an exterior thermometer, a cylinder lock, a bottom drain, and 4" swivel casters (two with locks). The cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane to bolster structural strength and energy efficiency while preventing liquid penetration and odors. With an overall depth of 31 1/2", the unit allows for easy mobility and navigation through most doorways. Optional upgrades include a stainless steel exterior and interior, as well as wrap-around and corner bumpers. The refrigeration system employs R404A refrigerant, ensuring compliance with environmental safety standards. The electrical units come pre-wired at the factory, ready to be connected to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and an 8' long cord and plug set are included.
