The SM Series single access, cold wall milk coolers are designed to maintain milk temperatures between 36°F and 38°F until ready for service. Available in three sizes, they can hold 8, 12, and 16 milk cases measuring 13" x 13" x 11" each. The cabinet construction of standard SM models features stainless steel lids, doors, adjustable hinges, and door latches, with a white finish on steel for the exterior and galvanized steel for the interior. The floors are heavily reinforced, equipped with heavy-duty epoxy coated steel wire floor racks for added protection. A centrally located floor drain connects to a drain hose via a hose adapter for easy cleaning. Standard features include an exterior thermometer, a cylinder lock, a bottom drain, and 4" swivel casters (two with locks). The foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation enhances structural integrity and energy efficiency while preventing odors due to liquid penetration. With an overall depth of 31", these coolers facilitate mobility and fit through most doorways. A stainless steel exterior option is available, as well as a stainless steel interior. Additional options include wrap-around and corner bumpers. The refrigeration system utilizes R404A refrigerant, complying with environmental safety standards, and the electrical units are wired at the factory for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, complete with an 8' long cord and plug set.
