The SM Series Single Access Cold Wall Milk Coolers are specifically designed to maintain milk temperatures between 36°F and 38°F until ready for serving, and are available in three sizes to accommodate 8, 12, or 16 milk cases (13" x 13" x 11") per unit. The standard cabinet construction features lids, doors, adjustable hinges, and door latches crafted from stainless steel, while the exterior is finished in white paint over steel and the interior is made of galvanized steel. The units are heavily reinforced for durability and come with heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel wire floor racks for enhanced floor protection. A centrally located floor drain allows for easy cleaning and connects to a drain hose via a hose adapter. Standard features include an exterior thermometer, a cylinder lock, a bottom drain, and 4" swivel casters (two with locks). The cabinets are insulated with foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane, which improves structural strength and energy efficiency while preventing liquid penetration that can cause foul odors. With an overall depth of 31", these coolers offer easy mobility and can fit through most doorways. There is an option for a stainless steel exterior in place of the white finish, as well as an available stainless steel interior. Additional options include wrap-around and corner bumpers. The refrigeration system operates using R404A refrigerant, which complies with environmental safety regulations, and the electrical units are factory-wired, ready to connect to a dedicated 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp outlet, with an 8' long cord and plug set included.
