The ST Series-Dual Access, Cold Wall Dual Access, and Cold Wall Milk Coolers are engineered to maintain milk temperatures between 36°F to 38°F until ready for service, with models available to accommodate 8, 12, and 16 milk cases (13" x 13" x 11") per unit. The standard cabinet construction features a lid, door, adjustable hinges, and door latches crafted from stainless steel, while the exterior has a white finish on steel and the interior is made of galvanized steel. The floors are heavily reinforced, and heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel wire floor racks provide additional protection. A centrally located floor drain facilitates easy cleaning and connects to a drain hose with a hose adapter. Standard features include an exterior thermometer, a cylinder lock, a bottom drain, and 4" swivel casters (two with locks). The units are insulated with foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane, which enhances structural integrity and energy efficiency, while also preventing liquid penetration that can lead to foul odors. The overall depth of 31 1/2" allows for easy mobility through most doorways. Optional features include a stainless steel exterior in lieu of the white finish, a stainless steel interior, wrap-around bumpers, and corner bumpers. The refrigeration system operates with R404A refrigerant, compliant with environmental safety regulations. Electrical units are factory-wired and ready for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, with an 8' long cord and plug set included.
