The STF Series Dual Access Forced-Air Milk Coolers are designed to maintain milk temperatures between 36°F to 38°F until serving, available in sizes to accommodate 12 and 16 milk cases measuring 13" x 13" x 11" each, with the capacity to hold (19" x 13" x 11") milk cases as well. The cabinet features stainless steel construction for the lid, door, adjustable hinges, and door latches, while the exterior is finished in white steel and the interior is made of galvanized steel, reinforced for durability. The units include heavy-duty epoxy-coated steel wire floor racks for added protection, a centrally located drain for easy cleaning, and flexible compression gaskets on the doors for a tight seal. Additionally, the coolers come equipped with self-latching doors, a digital exterior thermometer, a cylinder lock, a bottom drain, latch safety bumpers, and swivel casters (two with locks) as standard features. The design incorporates foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation to enhance structural integrity and energy efficiency while preventing odor retention. With an overall depth of 33 1/2", the units facilitate easy movement through standard doorways. Options include a stainless steel exterior, a stainless steel interior, wrap-around and corner bumpers, while the refrigeration system utilizes R134A refrigerant, ensuring environmental compliance. The dual evaporator system promotes even airflow, and electrical units are factory wired for connection to a dedicated 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp outlet, complete with an 8' long cord and plug set.
