The ST Series-Dual Access, Cold Wall milk coolers are designed to maintain milk temperatures between 36°F to 38°F until ready for service, available in three sizes to accommodate 8, 12, and 16 milk cases (13" x 13" x 11") per unit. The cabinet features a stainless steel lid, door, adjustable hinges, and door latches, with the remaining exterior finished in white steel and the interior constructed of galvanized steel. The floors are heavily reinforced, and heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel wire floor racks provide added protection. A centrally located floor drain facilitates easy cleaning and connects to a drain hose via a hose adapter. Standard features include an exterior thermometer, a cylinder lock, a bottom drain, and 4" swivel casters (two with locks). The coolers utilize foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation to enhance structural integrity and energy efficiency, while also preventing liquid penetration that may cause foul odors. With an overall depth of 31 1/2", the units allow for easy mobility and passage through most doorways. There are also options for a stainless steel exterior and interior, along with additional enhancements like wrap-around and corner bumpers. The refrigeration system employs R404A refrigerant, which is compliant with environmental safety regulations. The electrical units come pre-wired at the factory for connection to a dedicated 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp outlet, and include an 8-foot long cord and plug set.
