The SM series cold wall milk coolers are designed to hold milk between 36°F and 38°F until ready to serve, with models available in three sizes to accommodate 8, 12, and 16 milk cases (13" x 13" x 11") per unit. The cabinet construction of standard SM models includes stainless steel lids, doors, adjustable hinges, and door latches, while the exterior features a white finish on steel and a galvanized steel interior. The floors are heavily reinforced, and heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel wire floor racks are provided for added protection. A centrally located floor drain facilitates easy cleaning and connects to a drain hose with a hose adapter. Standard features also include an exterior thermometer, a cylinder lock, a bottom drain, and 4" swivel casters (2 with locks). The unit is insulated with foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane, enhancing structural strength and energy efficiency while preventing foul odors due to liquid penetration. With an overall depth of 31", the cooler allows for easy mobility and clear passage through most doorways. An option for a stainless steel exterior and interior is available, along with additional features such as wrap-around and corner bumpers. The refrigeration system operates using R404A refrigerant, compliant with environmental safety standards, and electrical units are factory-wired for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, with an 8' long cord and plug set included.
