The SMF Series-Single Access forced-air milk coolers are specifically engineered to maintain milk at a temperature under 38°F during extended serving periods, utilizing a continuous cold-air blanket over the milk containers. The cabinet features a sturdy construction with a stainless steel lid, door, adjustable hinges, and door latches, while the exterior boasts a white finish on steel and a galvanized steel interior. Heavily reinforced floors come with heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel wire floor racks for enhanced protection. Cleaning is made convenient with a centrally located floor drain that connects to a drain hose with a hose adapter. Standard features include an exterior thermometer, a cylinder lock, a bottom drain, and 4" swivel casters (two of which have locks). The unit is insulated with foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane, enhancing structural integrity and energy efficiency while minimizing foul odors. With an overall depth of 31 1/2", the cooler is easily maneuverable through most doorways. Options include a stainless steel exterior and interior, wrap-around bumpers, and corner bumpers. The refrigeration system utilizes R134A refrigerant, compliant with environmental safety regulations. Electrical units come pre-wired at the factory for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and include an 8' long cord and plug set.
