The WTRD Series features a 29" depth versatile, compact refrigerated storage solution for food products, designed with stainless steel worktops and a 4" high removable backsplash. The unit has a working height of 35 1/2" and features heavy-duty construction, including exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is constructed from corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and an interior thermometer is standard. The cabinets are equipped with doors mounted on cartridge-style hinges that allow for self-closing under their own weight and can stay open at 120° for easy access; these hinges also permit easy removal for servicing and cleaning. Each door has a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal, and the cabinet insulation is CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane with a minimum thickness of two inches. The unit comes with 6" high casters, with front casters featuring a wheel locking mechanism. The drawers are constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel with telescoping design slides for smooth operation, allowing for a maximum support of stored food products and accommodating 6" or 4" deep pans, although foodservice pans are not included. Heavy-duty pan divider supports are supplied, and each drawer has a snap-type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal, extending 17" when opened. The robust refrigeration system ensures optimal freshness and uniform temperature, using environment-friendly R134A refrigerant, which is both CFC and HCFC-free, and features an automatic condensate removal process. The electrical units are pre-wired at the factory and ready for connection.
