The WTR and WTF-series worktop units are available in four standard sizes: 46" (1 door), 67" (2 door), 93" (3 door), and 119" (4 door). Each unit has a working height of 35 1/2" when installed on 6-inch casters, with two casters featuring brakes. The cabinet construction is heavy-duty, featuring stainless steel on the front, sides, doors, and grille, while the worktop has a stainless steel surface with a built-in backsplash. The cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel, and the interior liner is constructed from anodized aluminum for enhanced corrosion protection. An interior thermometer is standard, and the cabinets are insulated with a minimum of 2" thick foamed-in-place polyurethane. The worktops measure 2 1/2" thick, with doors mounted on self-closing, cartridge-style hinges that allow for a 120° stay open feature, and include low wattage, anti-condensate heaters. Each door has a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal, and the contoured pull handle is constructed of black anodized aluminum. The interior includes two adjustable epoxy-coated steel wire shelves behind each door in 1/2 inch increments. The refrigeration system in all four sizes of self-contained refrigerated worktops maintains a high humidity storage environment for products at temperatures ranging from 35°F to 38°F, while the WTF67 freezer can hold products at 0°F and below. The units feature time-activated, temperature-terminated electric defrosting, use CFC-free refrigerants R134A for refrigerators and 404A for freezers to comply with environmental regulations, and are factory-wired for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, with an 8' long cord and plug set included.
