The WTRD Series features a versatile, compact design with a 29" depth and stainless steel work tops, along with a 4" high removable backsplash for the refrigerated storage of food products. The working height measures 35 1/2". The cabinet boasts heavy-duty construction, with exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, doors, and grille, while the back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is constructed from corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and an interior thermometer is standard. Doors are mounted to the face of the cabinet on cartridge-style hinges, which allow for self-closing under their own weight, stay open at 120°, and permit easy removal for service and cleaning. Each door is equipped with a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal. The cabinet insulation is CFC and HCFC-free, with foamed-in-place polyurethane of a minimum thickness of two inches. The unit is supplied with 6" high casters, with front casters featuring a wheel locking mechanism. The drawer construction includes heavy-duty stainless steel frames, with telescoping design slides for smooth opening and a locking mechanism to prevent drawers from detaching. Drawers accommodate 6" or 4" deep pans, and heavy-duty pan divider supports are supplied, while foodservice pans are not included. Each drawer has a snap-type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal and extends 17" when opened. The robust and balanced refrigeration system ensures prolonged freshness of food, with optimum airflow maintaining a uniform temperature within the cabinet. The system utilizes environment-friendly R134A refrigerant, which is CFC and HCFC-free, and features an automatic condensate removal process. Electrical units are wired at the factory and are ready for connection.
