The Worktop Refrigerator measures 119"W x 32"D x 39-1/2"H and features a compact 32" depth model with stainless steel work tops and built-in backsplash, designed for the refrigerated storage of food products. The working height is 35-1/2" and the cabinet is constructed with heavy-duty exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, doors, and grille, while the back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is crafted from corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and it includes a standard interior thermometer. Doors are mounted on cartridge-style hinges that self-close and allow for a 120° stay-open position, facilitating easy removal for service and cleaning. Each door features a plug-in vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal, and the insulation is made of CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane with a minimum thickness of two inches. The unit is equipped with 6" high casters, with front casters having a wheel locking mechanism. The drawers are constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel frames and feature a telescoping design for smooth operation and a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal. They accommodate standard 6" or 4" deep pans, with heavy-duty pan divider supports included, though foodservice pans are not included. Each drawer has a snap-type vinyl magnetic gasket for a secure seal and extends 23" when opened. The refrigeration system is robust and balanced, utilizing environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant and incorporating an automatic condensate removal process for optimal air flow and uniform temperature maintenance. The electrical units are pre-wired at the factory for easy connection.
