The WTR and WTF-Series worktop units are available in four standard sizes: 46" (1 door), 67" (2 door), 93" (3 door), and 119" (4 door), with a working height of 35 1/2" when installed on 6-inch casters (two with brakes). These units feature heavy-duty construction, with stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, complemented by a stainless steel worktop that includes a built-in backsplash. The cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel, while the interior liner is composed of anodized aluminum for enhanced corrosion protection. Standard features include an interior thermometer, insulation with a minimum thickness of 2" foamed-in-place polyurethane, and 2 1/2" thick worktops. The doors are mounted on self-closing, cartridge-style hinges that allow a 120° stay-open feature, and they feature low wattage, anti-condensate heaters along with a plug-in vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal. Each unit includes two adjustable steel wire epoxy-coated shelves behind each door, adjustable in 1/2-inch increments. The balanced refrigeration systems provide high humidity storage for products at temperatures between 35°F to 38°F, while the WTF67 worktop freezer maintains a temperature of 0°F and below. Equipped with time-activated, temperature-terminated electric defrosting, these units use environmentally compliant refrigerants, including CFC-free R134A for refrigerators and R404A for freezers. Electrical units are wired at the factory and ready for connection to a dedicated 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp outlet, and come with an 8-foot long cord and plug set.
