The WTRD Series features versatile, compact models with a 32" depth, designed for refrigerated storage of food products. These units have a working height of 35 1/2" and are constructed with heavy-duty exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is composed of corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and an interior thermometer is standard. Doors in cabinets with both doors and drawers are mounted on cartridge-style hinges, allowing them to self-close under their own weight and remain open at a 120° angle for convenient access and easy removal for service and cleaning. Each door features a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal, and the cabinet's CFC and HCFC-free insulation is foamed-in-place polyurethane with a minimum thickness of two inches. The units come with 6" high casters, with front casters that include a wheel locking mechanism. Drawer frames are made of heavy-duty stainless steel, featuring a telescoping design for smooth opening, with a locking mechanism to prevent drawers from being pulled off. Drawers accommodate 6" or 4" deep pans, with heavy-duty pan divider supports provided, although foodservice pans for drawers are not included. A snap-type vinyl magnetic gasket is attached to each drawer for a positive seal, and drawers extend 23" when opened. The robust refrigeration system ensures that food remains fresh, with optimum airflow for uniform temperature maintenance, using environment-friendly R134A refrigerant that is CFC and HCFC-free. The design incorporates an automatic condensate removal process, and electrical units are pre-wired at the factory, ready for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet.
