The WTR and WTF-series worktop units are available in four standard sizes with widths of 46" (1 door), 67" (2 door), 93" (3 door), and 119" (4 door), featuring a working height of 35 1/2" when installed on 6-inch casters, with two casters equipped with brakes. Constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, the worktop also includes a stainless steel surface with a built-in backsplash, while the cabinet back and bottom are made from galvanized steel. The interior liner is crafted from anodized aluminum for enhanced corrosion protection and comes standard with an interior thermometer. The cabinets are insulated using foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, with a minimum thickness of 2". The worktops measure 2 1/2" thick, and doors are fitted with self-closing, cartridge-style hinges that feature a 120° stay-open option. Low wattage, anti-condensate heaters are included in the door openings, and each door is sealed with a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket. A convenient black anodized aluminum contoured pull handle is provided, while the interior arrangement consists of two adjustable steel wire epoxy-coated shelves per door, allowing adjustments in 1/2 inch increments. The refrigeration systems are balanced to maintain high humidity storage of products at 35°F to 38°F, with the worktop freezer model WTF67 maintaining temperatures at 0°F and below. The unit features time-activated, temperature-terminated electric defrosting, utilizing CFC-free R134A refrigerant for refrigerators and 404A for freezers, complying with environmental regulations. The electrical units are factory-wired for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and an 8-foot long cord and plug set are included.
