The WTR and WTF-Series worktop units are available in four standard sizes: 46" (1 door), 67" (2 door), 93" (3 door), and 119" (4 door), with a working height of 35 1/2" when installed on 6-inch casters (two with brakes). These units feature heavy-duty cabinet construction with stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the worktop is also stainless steel with a built-in backsplash. The cabinet back and bottom are constructed from galvanized steel, and the interior liner is made of anodized aluminum for enhanced corrosion protection. An interior thermometer comes standard, and the cabinets are insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation of a minimum thickness of 2". The worktops are 2 1/2" thick, and doors are mounted on self-closing, cartridge-style hinges with a 120° stay open feature. Each door opening is equipped with low wattage, anti-condensate heaters, and a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket ensures a positive seal. The convenient contoured pull handle is fashioned from black anodized aluminum, while the interior includes two adjustable steel wire epoxy-coated shelves per door, adjustable in 1/2 inch increments. The refrigeration systems are balanced, providing high humidity storage of products at 35°F to 38°F for all four sizes of self-contained refrigerated worktops, with the 67" worktop freezer maintaining a temperature of 0°F and below. Time-activated, temperature-terminated electric defrosting is included, and refrigerants used are CFC-free R134A for refrigerators and 404A for freezers, complying with environmental standards. The electrical units are factory-wired and ready for connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, with an 8' long cord and plug set included.
