The WTRD Series 32" depth models feature versatile and compact refrigerated storage designed for food products, with a working height of 35 1/2". The heavy-duty cabinet construction includes exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, doors, and grille, while the cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is constructed of corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and an interior thermometer is standard. Doors are mounted to the face of the cabinet using cartridge-style hinges that allow them to self-close under their own weight, remain open at 120 degrees, and facilitate easy service and cleaning. Each door is equipped with a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal, and the cabinet insulation features CFC and HCFC-free, foamed-in-place polyurethane with a minimum thickness of two inches. The units come with 6" high casters, with front casters equipped with a wheel locking mechanism. Drawer frames are made from heavy-duty stainless steel with a telescoping design for smooth operation, and they are constructed to provide maximum support for stored food products. The drawers include a locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal, accommodate 6" or 4" deep pans, and come with heavy-duty pan divider supports; foodservice pans are not included. A snap-type vinyl magnetic gasket is attached to each drawer for a positive seal, with drawers extending 23" when opened. The robust refrigeration system ensures food freshness through optimal airflow and maintains uniform temperatures within the cabinet. It utilizes environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant, which is CFC and HCFC-free, and features an automatic condensate removal process. Electrical units are factory wired and ready for connection to a 115V power supply.
