The Model 9060 Universal Air Knife Mounting System is designed for secure and precise positioning of any Exair air knives, enhancing effectiveness by allowing quick adjustment within close proximity of the part. It features a durable stainless steel construction suitable for various industrial applications and can be mounted on either the top or bottom of most air knives. Specifically, the system allows top mounting for the Super Ion Air Knife and bottom mounting for Super Ion air knives measuring 18" (457mm) or longer. Any length Standard Ion Air Knife can be top mounted. The system's articulation capability enables positioning into any configuration, with a maximum extension of 30" (762mm). Installation requires a 1/2" diameter hole or allows for direct threading into a 1/2"-13 tapped hole. For air knives measuring 24" (610mm) or longer, it is advised to utilize two Universal Air Knife Mounting Systems for secure mounting.
