Exair's Super Air Knife™ is designed to efficiently clean, dry, or cool parts, webs, or conveyors, delivering a uniform sheet of laminar airflow across its entire length with substantial force. Operating at high pressures up to 80 PSIG (5.5 bar), it maintains a low sound level of 69 dBA, making it suitable for various applications including part drying after washing, conveyor cleaning, and environmental separation. The air knife features amplification ratios of 40:1, entraining significant amounts of air while minimizing air consumption. Available in materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and PVDF, it offers variable force and flow capabilities, operates without moving parts for maintenance-free reliability, and complies with OSHA dead-ended pressure and noise requirements.
