Exair's Super Air Wipe™ offers a high volume, high velocity airflow that is uniformly ejected from the 360° of its inner diameter, effectively wiping, cleaning, or drying surfaces by attaching its airstream to the material passing through it. It boasts low air consumption and noise levels, and its split design allows for easy unlatching, eliminating the need for threading during installation. The Super Air Wipe is available in aluminum or stainless steel and includes stainless steel screws and shims in all models. It is suitable for various applications, including drying after washing, cleaning, plating, or coating, blowing off dust and contaminants, cooling hot extruded shapes, and uniformly wiping surfaces.
